The movie My Babysitter's A Vampire was originally released in Canada on Teletoon on October 9th, 2010. The French version of the film aired on October 16th, 2010, and the English version later premiered in the United States on Disney Channel on June 10th, 2011. The first episode of the series then aired on June 27th, 2011, and ran for two seasons before getting canceled due to being unable to renew their international broadcasting license. Throughout its time on air, MBAV accumulated a humble yet devoted fan base which is still active to this day.
